When looking for men's snow pants, one thing to be concerned with is the rating that is used for weatherproofing. If there is any less than a 5k rating attached to the pants, chances are they won't protect you as they should from snow/rain. Also, make sure the seams are completely taped. The Burton TWC Smuggler Plant not only has those important features, but they are also extremely trendy with their black and white diamond print and oversized cargo pocket.
They are baggy, but not too baggy (just enough to allow for an extra layer of pants) and the inner thigh vents allow for the release of extra heat. They are crafted with a mesh lining that dries quite quickly so that you should never experience the cold and clammy feeling from body moisture. The Burton TWC Smuggler men's snow pant also comes with the trademarked Leg Lifts so that you can snap up the cuffs to avoid filthy floors in the restroom.
The pants are made with DRYRIDE Durashell (trademark) 2 layer coated fabric, mesh lining, mesh lined inner thigh vents, fully taped seams and a cargo pocket that has a Velcro closure. Although these pants are in the Burton 2011 snowboard collection, they can be worn for almost any outdoor activity in frigid temperatures to provide as much protection as possible in a 5k rating.
